Care and Maintenance

Store your jewel in the original packaging or in the transparent bag provided by us or in a soft case to avoid scratches
Avoid contact with water, remove jewelery before washing your hands, when going to the swimming pool or spa, do not apply perfume, hairspray, soap or creams to the products, as this can damage the metal and reduce the duration of the plating, as well as causing discoloration and loss of brilliance of the jewel.
Avoid shocks or strong impacts against objects that can scratch or chip the jewel.

We recommend:
Carefully polish your product with a soft cloth (you can purchase the jewel cleaning cloth on our website), or wash it by hand with warm water. Do not immerse the products in water. Dry them with a soft cloth to maximize their shine. Avoid contact with hard, abrasive materials and glass/window cleaners or sulfur. When handling the jewel, we recommend wearing cotton gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints.
